Submit Your Request

After reading this page and the FAQ, fill out the form below. Describe what you want made, what shoe/item, and include reference photos if possible. If you're unsure, that's okay—we'll create something 1-of-1. Response is not immediate, so please double-check your email before submitting.

Design + Direction

After we receive your request, we collaborate on a custom design and choose the best base shoe. We do not copy other artists' work—every piece is original.

Confirm + Payment

Once the design is approved, payment is due via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or invoice. If the order isn't paid the same day the turnaround estimate is given, the timeline may extend if other orders are confirmed first.

Shoes In (or We Source Them)

If you're supplying shoes, ship brand new/unworn with tracking to the provided address. You may message to confirm delivery after tracking says delivered. Otherwise, we will order the sneakers for you.

Production + Shipping

During the wait (often a month or more), you can reach out with questions. When we begin your order, we'll message you. When complete, we'll send tracking. US shipping typically takes 2–4 days.

FAQs

Are your sneakers authentic?

All sneakers are 100% authentic and purchased from authorized retailers, and then customized to become 1 of 1. You are also welcome to send in your own (new and unworn) sneakers to be customized, or order a pair and have them sent directly to me.

How much does a custom commission cost?

Because there are so many factors that go into custom commission pricing, I am more than happy to discuss at length your specific request with you in order to get an accurate quote. Please don't hesitate to reach out via email or DM to chat with me about your ideas!

How do I care for my customs?

While every effort is made to ensure durability, the following care instructions must be adhered to in order to maintain the quality and longevity of the artwork:

Wear Guidelines- Custom painted sneakers are designed for occasional wear. To prevent damage to the painted surface, they should not be used as daily-use footwear. Prolonged excessive flexing may compromise the integrity of the artwork.

Weather Protection- Although the paint is sealed with a finisher and is generally waterproof, these sneakers are not intended for extreme weather conditions. Avoid exposure to heavy rain, snow, or standing water. Getting caught in a light drizzle is fine, just be sure to dry your sneakers off with a soft cloth when you can.

Cleaning Instructions- Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water to gently clean the surface by hand. Pat the area with a damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Do not soak the shoes or submerge them in water. Air dry the shoes and avoid using direct heat sources or dryers. Do not machine wash, machine dry, or use harsh cleaning agents.

Can you ship to ____?

I ship my work anywhere within the US with tracked shipping. I can ship internationally, but please note that international shipping starts at $65 USD and can take upwards of a month or more to arrive depending on arrival destination, not including my order processing time.

International shipping is also tracked, and customers are responsible for any and all customs charges and fees. If you are ordering internationally please be sure to watch tracking as sometimes your order may sit in customs. If a package sits long enough it will be returned to sender, and you will have to pay for shipping again.

When will I receive my custom order?

Processing time varies depending on when you place your order and the artwork being created. Typically my turnaround is atleast 6 weeks. You can always send me a message for current turnaround times too!

Rush ordering is also available for an additional fee.

What paints and products do you use?

All paints and most products used are Angelus Direct.

What is your return policy?

All custom orders are specifically handcrafted, made to order works of art and are therefore final sale. Please ensure correct shoe size and style before placing order. Sneaker Queens Customs does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any custom order. Sneaker Queens Customs is not responsible for package once it has been delivered to post office, so please keep watch of your tracked shipping.
