Shipping policy

  • All orders come with tracked shipping and will be emailed to recipient upon order fulfillment and ship date.
  • Once your order has shipped, we cannot alter shipping address in any way. Please ensure correct delivery address and email when placing order. 
  • Sneaker Queens Customs is not responsible for package after delivery to post office.
