Smiley x Reebok Collaboration x Sneaker Queens Customs: Custom Sneaker Giveaway and Creative Content

Smiley x Reebok Collaboration x Sneaker Queens Customs: Custom Sneaker Giveaway and Creative Content

When Smiley teamed up with Reebok for their latest collaboration, they then reached out to me to create a custom sneaker and produce engaging content to promote their partnership. The project was a way to merge Smiley’s iconic, playful branding with Reebok’s staple footwear, and my custom sneaker artistry to result in a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art!

Designing the Smiley x Reebok Sneaker

Since there was a whole collection of Reebok sneakers rather than just one for the collaboration, Smiley gave me the creative freedom to create just about anything I wanted. I started by brainstorming concepts that would fit the aesthetic of Smiley’s playful branding, while also fitting nicely with Reebok’s Club C 85 shoes that I was using for this project. Using my bold Anxiety Swirls design in black, and the instantly recognizable yellow Smiley logo throughout, I crafted a custom design that captured the spirit of their collaboration.

Every detail of the sneaker was carefully considered, from the placement of Smiley’s logo to the integration of my swirls that fit perfectly with the theme. The result was a unique piece that felt both modern-streetwear and nostalgic, perfectly reflecting the Smiley x Reebok partnership.

Filming the Creative Process

In addition to designing the sneaker, I filmed the entire creative process to produce immersive promotional content for the giveaway. The video captured every step, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how the Smiley x Reebok sneaker came to life.

Instagram Giveaway: A One-Of-A-Kind Custom Prize

The custom sneaker became the centerpiece of an exclusive Instagram giveaway, giving one lucky follower the chance to own a truly unique piece of the Smiley x Reebok collaboration that I created. The giveaway not only celebrated the launch and created buzz, but also allowed fans to engage directly with the brands.
